Well not N & I, but Husband and I are. This is definitely a Nest first!
I wanted to do this earlier but just couldn’t find the right time to actually put something together.
So now that I am fully in swing of things, well into my 2nd trimester and passed all the morning sickness and constant tiredness I would like to share with you dear readers that we are pregnant! We are super excited to go on this journey and can’t wait to meet our little one in late May.
Life has been so great and we count our blessings each day. We have been trying to get pregnant for only few months and it was very exciting when we found out that we were pregnant in early September of last year.
I have had a miserable time dealing with the pregnancy in the beginning but now I am starting to enjoy it more and more. I love just looking at my growing belly and having a conversation with it … I know it might sound strange, but I just can’t help it. I tell the baby what we will do when she arrives and how much we love her. I am also starting to feel her move more and more so that also reassures me that she is there and maybe, just maybe can hear and understand what I am telling her.
My husband has been the greatest! Catering to my every need and helping me get though the toughest times! I am also blessed to be surrounded by a wonderful family, as well as friends and coworkers who have been super supportive … I am the first out my girlfriends to have a baby so this is all new to them as well.
So now that you know, I will be posting more and more things about pregnancy, babies, nursery design and thing that are happening in my life. Hope you follow us on this journey of my motherhood.
Oh and I forgot … we have been told that we are having a baby girl … aka daddy’s little girl, however we will have to go and have another ultrasound to confirm and identify the parts, as with girls it is usually much harder to tell what gender it is.
So even though I might be referring to the baby as she/her, it might actually be he. Both my husband and I are excited for either and we just look forward to meeting our baby!
