Manly, modern and definitely expensive!
Designed by the homeowners themselves, Matthew Quinn and Ric Parrish (co-owns Design Galleria Kitchen & Bath Studio with Quinn). This place is nothing short of spectacular! Amazing stone finishes, attention to detail. Definitely masculine and definitely glam!
There is something about Charcoal Grey for me… it has a somewhat soothing effect, but masculine.
We love a well made bed, and matching sheets!
Designed by Toronto Interior Design Group.
How much would every guy love this? ANY guy that loves beer I think… this is too much fun!
So 2012 is supposed to be a good year for the Tiger right?
Well 2012 has brought us the first of a few publications for Nest Design Studio!
Adore Magazine from Australia, has decided to feature us for Mr. Bachelor! Check it out here.
We are on pages 92-105 and cannot be more grateful!
This “Bachelor Pad” was definitely created with a feminine touch in mind. We love all the details in this casual and comfortable Southern California home for who we think is a single Canadian hockey player!
We found this one here.
Look who is getting featured here soon…Mr. Bachelor’s condo!
One of my favourite online magazines…we can’t wait!
Thank you Adore Magazine!
Thank you Thank you Thank you Urban Barn! Look who got featured for the “Bachelor Pad condo”!
You can read the rest of it here.
This past weekend the bf and I were invited to 2 holiday parties. First his boss (gorgeous Rosedale work party), then one of my best clients: Mr. Bachelor (wonderful client who wanted to introduce me to his friends and family). We had a wonderful time at both, tons of wine, great food, and a great time was had by all.
I came the day before to help Mr. Bachelor set up his place, similar to a previous post where he was having another party. I used cabbages instead in my arrangement and he really liked everything. Every person that was there said that the work that I did on the job was “really well done, well pulled together…etc.” I was beyond thrilled, partially because of the reaction of people of my work, but as soon as I walked in the door was introduced as “Natalie”, everyone immediately said, “Ooooh THIS is Natalie!” Hahaha, I guess for a long time I was the mystery woman making Mr. Bachelor’s place a bachelor pad.
Too cool! Thank you everyone for such a positive reaction to my work.
I had such an amazing time creating it for someone who loves it even more then I do!
hehehe my little cabbages! People were actually touching the arrangements to see if they were real, because “Mr. Bachelor” is not the floral arrangement type! At least not DIY.
Funny thing, this year, this month this room was posted on the cover of Canadian House and Home.
Anything look familiar? Colours? Sofa? Pillows? I was thrilled- too bad it wasn’t my room in those pictures!
My Mr. Moose was up! I got asked where I found this little guy. When I found him at Homesense, I knew he was perfect for my favourite wallpaper! Like my candles, got those puppies from West Elm and spelled Guest Room just because!
Well everyone, here is an update on this client! I was over there the past 2 days setting things up for him before his return from a trip away.
And boy oh boy did the bff Amanda and I find fantastic things. We shopped at Homesense till we had 3 carts full of things to put in my already jam packed SUV. Then we came back and set everything up that we had purchased that day and making everything look pretty!
Our wonderful rustic/tailored shelving unit with beautiful baskets from West Elm.
The beginning of what is to come for the guest room bed area. Everything arrives Friday!
The chair that I always wanted for the bf…finally got it for someone else!
It is from West Elm in Cognac colour! Love it!
Master Bedroom Suite! Look at our pouf!
Don’t worry…bed’s on the floor…not my intention. We are waiting for the frame from what I showed you all before here.
Dwell bedding is a must for me…I used this on Mr. Bachelor (the glam one), my own house, and if the bf could understand that buying wonderful duvet covers make me so happy (regardless of the price), I would for him too!
Mr. Contemporary Bachelor messaged me the other night “Really like all the new additions!”.
Fantastic I said : ).
Everything is in progress. So trying to keep you all updated with posts with actual substance. If you saw what my normal job sites look like- never as much fun as the rooms that are actually coming together!
